1. Service Agreement
Once a booking is confirmed, the client agrees to the service plan, schedule, and charges as discussed. Any changes to the scope of service must be communicated and approved in advance.

2. Quotation and Payment

• All quotations are based on the details provided by the client.

• Final charges may vary in case of increased volume, additional services, or delays caused by the client.

• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is payable before unloading or final delivery.

3. Packing and Handling

• Our team takes full care in packing, handling, and transporting goods.

• While we use high-quality materials and techniques, we are not liable for items packed by the customer or fragile items not declared in advance.

• We reserve the right to refuse to pack or move prohibited, dangerous, or illegal goods.

4. Transportation

• Transit time is estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients will be informed in case of any major delay.

• All goods are transported at the client’s risk unless covered by transit insurance.

5. Insurance

• Insurance is optional and must be requested separately.

• Claims can only be made if insurance is opted and accepted prior to transit.

• Raj Relocation Packers and Movers is not responsible for losses or damage arising from accidents, fire, theft, or natural disasters without insurance coverage.

6. Storage Services

• Stored items must be clearly listed and acknowledged by both parties.

• Storage charges are billed monthly and must be paid in advance.

• Items left beyond the agreed term without renewal or payment may be disposed of after due notice.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.

• Last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge or forfeiture of the advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be informed in advance.

8. Liability and Claims

• Raj Relocation Packers and Movers is not liable for loss or damage caused by incorrect declarations, poor packing by the customer, or delay due to force majeure.

• Any claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

• Claims will be processed as per the terms of insurance, if applicable.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about the items to be moved.

• Ensure presence or representation during packing, loading, delivery, and unpacking.

• Secure all valuables, documents, and personal items separately—we do not take responsibility for these.

10. Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Maharashtra.
